Gator crashes a couple’s picnic date. “The salami didn’t stand a chance.”

A Gainesville couple decided to have a nice date out by Lake Alice. Little did they know, it would be interrupted by a hungry gator. “He swims up to the bank and just looks us dead in the eyes and then he immediately just sprints up onto the beach,” Walters said. “He annihilated an entire block of cheese,” Walters said. “Gobbled it down, lickity split. The salami didn’t stand a chance.”
