Man gets 22 years for stealing a television remote

Due to his criminal history, a man received a sentence of 22 years for stealing the TV remote control from the common area of an apartment complex in Wheaton, Illinois. Similar to the OJ Simpson case, they caught the man because he dropped a glove on his way out. A DNA sample from the glove matched his DNA on the state’s database of convicted felons, and he was taken into custody. Running forensics to find a missing remote control? Who does that???
