Man challenges Ex-Wife and Attorney to “Trial By Combat”.

“I will meet them on field of battle, where I will rend their souls from their corporal bodies.” said the man from Kansas. He has requested the courts grant him a “trial by combat” in hopes of winning custody of his kids. His only request is that they allow him twelve weeks to find or forge suitable katana and wakizashi swords.
According to the state court documents there is currently no acknowledgement that duels have been abolished by the court system. So now the court system has to hear him out… this is one bizarre story!
