Police chase a stolen ‘Bobcat’ down busy N.C. roads in a 5 mph chase!

Police spotted a man operating a Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader tractor in an erratic manner and when they asked him to pull over, the man refused. The chase was on! The Bobcat Bandit led police on an hour-long chase, sometimes reaching speeds of 5 mph, before coming to a slow end when the Bobcat stalled momentarily. Police jumped out of their car, quickly pepper sprayed him, and took the bandit into custody.
